Privacy policy

• Account details: email address and, if you create one, a password hash.
• Order details: products purchased, amount, timestamps, and delivery status.
• Support messages you send us, including order numbers and error details.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and device type, used for fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed by our payment provider, and we receive only a confirmation and a reference.

Order and license records are kept while your account exists, because you need them for reinstalls and support, and because we may need them for tax and accounting requirements. Support conversations are retained for up to 24 months.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deleting an account also removes access to previously delivered licenses, so export anything you still need first.
